Beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

There was mold growing from the ceiling in our room due to previous water damage. The entire property was in need of better maintenance and when we mentioned the mold, the staff did nothing to improve our stay - no discount, no suggestion of moving to a new room. Disappointed in the customer service and how ‘tired’ the property was.

The location is good

The pictures are so far from what you get, the property was old and not up-kept, our room was riddled with mold and only 1 plug point worked.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for local food and hidden spots in Hội An. Felt very welcome!

Everything about this property is amazing. It is tasteful, the decor is giving bali/ubud resort vibes in a really good way! Nature sounds, peace and quiet yet not far from the centre. I love this room and wish I could stay here until the end of my stay but hotel is booked out.

At least one or two vegan breakfast options would be helpful.

They made me pay for water.

Room was lovely, really great value for money - reception staff super helpful and smiley. Was lovely having a bath in the evening with a bottle of wine! Pool was cold but lovely for a quick dip!! We rented a motorbike elsewhere as quite expensive direct from the hotel. Also a shame we had to pay for early check in as most places don’t charge, however didn’t effect our fantastic stay here. Highly recommend.

The view of the rice fields is nice when having breakfast at the lobby. The price is good for such a big place. The location is in the middle of Old Town and the coconut boat area, so quite nice. I really liked the banana pancakes for our 2nd day breakfast. The exterior and general design of the place is very quaint and beautiful, with a distinct Vietnamese vibe.

The villa is older than expected, and we disliked the toilet. The beds at the upper loft looked like they had been left untouched for a long time, and the aircon was too near & blowing right at one of the beds. Also, on my last day in Vietnam, I had dark brown itchy patches appear on my forearms and caught a fever... Not exactly sure when I got the bug bites, but you can take a guess... Breakfast was not good on the first day (felt like there was nothing much left), but better on the second day (we woke up earlier, and it was someone else cooking).

The location is good, serene and in the rice fields.

The lobby is an eye sore. The staff was not the friendliest. The rooms are very dingy. The website photos are either ai enhanced or were taken 40 years ago.

The view from the property was really beautiful. It’s exactly like you see in booking pictures, or maybe even better. Hue at the reception booked scooter and airport cab for us, really helpful.

the cleanliness of the room, especially the floor. It’s too diỉty and dusty. The slippers are too old and torned. The infrastructure are not like the photos on website. The resort staff are not hospitable with customers.

Loved the my stay over here. All the staff are very accomodating and pleasant. The resort is very beautiful (especially the pool side) with all eminities and the spa is an added advantage❤️ Looking forward to comeback especially with my family.

The receptionist and staff were very nice

The pictures of this place are very outdated. The establishment has clearly gone down hill. We checked into a room with horrible stains all over the floors, and wet cigarette butts around the outside tub that wouldn’t fill, a broken tv and wires and sticking out of the wall. Aside from the room being gross, this hotel lacks all of the amenities that normal hotels at this price point include. I was made to pay for my stay upfront with a 3% charge and after complaining that the amenities that were listed in the description were all broken, the receptionist allowed me to cancel the rest of the stay and refunded my money, but instead of a reversing a card charge, they gave me cash back and kept the 3% charge on the entire stay.

Staff weren’t great. Breakfast was grim. They said water is free and then charged us for water in the fridge. Litttle bit of a rip off. It’s not 3 rooms it’s 1 room and in the middle of nowhere. Pool was filed with bugs.

We liked the location outside the old town. Easy walking and bicycle ride.

We received WhatsApp messages prior to checking in, basically demanding what time we would be arriving. Our plane was delayed, which I told them, and then it was requested that I send a screenshot of our location while in the car on the way. Reception said she had finished her shift and wanted to go home. It was only 8 pm. I asked if they had 24/7 reception, and she said yes but not tonight. Our room was 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms but no, 1 bathroom 2 toilets, both bedrooms open to each other so not great for privacy. They also requested extra payment for our 14 year old son even after they received our booking with Booking.com. photos on the website do not reflect reality, more of an instergram versus reality. Unusable sun umbrellas, brocken deck chairs, no restaurant except for breakfast. No bicycle hire, not even assistance to hire. My recommendation is to choose another location.

This is a cozy resort away from Hoi An town. A great place to nest and relax yourself. Staff are friendly and helpful, trying to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy the stay. The villa was clean and spacious. Only comment is the TV was not good working condition. Breakfast included in the room rate was simple but good balance of local and international. Absolutely a good value for money.

The weather was not perfect due to rainy season, so not convenient to walk around. But easy to catch grab and travel around.

breakfast was a miss, very little selection and staff wasn’t too enthusiastic about giving options. maybe it’s because we went there off season. the private outside bath we had in our villa was’t working. there was also mold in our villa and that’s why had to leave early.
